In place of copyrights and publisher information, the book has CSS stylesheets.
It's not that I don't like Web 2.0 design schemes; they can be pleasant to look at in certain cases. However, a lot of people are going overboard with the rounded gradient box and large sans-serif type layouts these days.
What ever happened to the good old days of pages with 9 megs of animated GIFs and fixed background images?
